This application has been filed against the order dated 21.4.2005 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / F.T.C. Court no. 4 J.P. Nagar in revision no. 141 of 2005 whereby the revisions has been partly allowed and the order of maintenance passed by the learned magistrate has been modified to the extent that the maintenance shall be paid from the date of the order
From the perusal of the impugned order it appears that there is no illegality or irregularity in the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused
However, it is directed that the applicant shall pay the maintenance allowed as directed by the court below regularly by the 15 of each months and the arrears shall be paid in three equal instalment payable within a period of three months. In default the operation of the order shall be deemed vacated
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
