This application has been filed against the order dated 23.1.2007 passed by the Additional Judicial Magistrate, Mathura whereby the application filed by the applicant has been rejected..
From the perusal of the impugned order it appears that there is no illegality or irregularity, therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case the applicants were released on bail under sections 323,324,504 and 506 I.P.C., they have not misused the liberty of bail but subsequently, section 307 I.P.C. has also been added by the court concerned, therefore, it is directed that in case the applicant appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and furnish fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of court concerned, the same shall be accepted in criminal case no. 1625/2002.
