This application is filed by the applicants ,who are three in number, with a prayer that order dated 20.9.2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge Court no. 4 Muzaffarnagar in S.T. No. 476 of 2007 arising out of case crime no. 123 of 2000 under sections 364I.P.C, P.S. Chhapar district Muzaffarnagar may be quashed whereby the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance and summoned the applicant to face the trial.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the order impugned is not suffering from any illegality or irregularity. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
However, considering the allegations made in the application it is directed that the applicants shall appear in the court concerned within 30 days from today. If they apply for bail, the same shall be disposed of on the same day in accordance with the provisions of law. For a period of 30 days from today no coercive measures shall be taken against them.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
