As prayed the learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to delete applicant no.4 from the array of the applicant.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application is filed by the applicants ,who are three in number, with a prayer that order dated 21.11.2006 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot whereby the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance and summoned the applicants to face the trial.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the order impugned is not suffering from any illegality or irregularity. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
However, considering the allegations made in the application it is directed that the applicants shall appear in the court concerned within 30 days from today. If they apply for bail, the same shall be disposed of on the same day in accordance with the provisions of law. For a period of 30 days from today no coercive measures shall be taken against them.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
