Heard Sri Satish Trivedi, learned senior counsel with the assistance of Sri Roshan Khan, learned counsel for the appellants-accused, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned judgment.
Sri Trivedi submits that the trial court's record has been received and has been placed with the appeal of co-accused Sharda Prasad Tiwari.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal is admitted.
