(1)   Civil Misc. ( Delay Condonation ) Application No. 195479 of 2006.

(2)     Civil Misc. ( Substitution ) Application No. 195480 of 2006.

 The aforementioned applications have been filed consequent

to the death of Smt. Suraj Devi ( petitioner no. 1).

Issue notice on the aforementioned applications.

Copies of the aforementioned applications have been served on Sri Raj Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 , as well as  on the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents nos. 1 and 2.

Therefore, notices need not be sent to the respondents on the aforementioned applications.

Learned Standing Counsel as well as  the learned counsel for the respondent no.3 may file Counter Affidavits within two weeks.

Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, may be filed  within a further  period of two weeks thereafter.

A Supplementary Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.3 along with Civil Misc. ( Listing ) Application No. 276298 of 2006.

Copies of the aforementioned Supplementary Affidavit , as also the Listing Application have been served on Sri Triveni Shankar , learned counsel for the petitioners.

Copies of the said Supplementary Affidavit and  the Listing Application have also been served  on Sri Shiv Ram Singh , learned counsel for the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the said Suraj Devi ( petitioner no. 1).

Counter Affidavit in reply to the aforementioned Supplementary Affidavit may be filed within two weeks.

Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, may be filed within another period of two weeks thereafter.
