This writ petition has been filed for deciding the pending suit within a period to be fixed by this Court.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the material available on record.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 16,  Meerut to decide Civil Revision No. 53 of 2006 (Sudhir Kumar Vs. Brij Mohan Nagpal) expeditiously.

Subject to the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
