Hon. Anjani Kumar, J.
Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.
This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents not to interfere with the right and possession of the petitioners over the land in dispute.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that without acquiring the land under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act or any other Act dealing with acquisition of land, the respondents are intending to dispossess the petitioners from the land in dispute.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1,4,5,6 and 7 and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 do not dispute the position that the petitioners cannot be dispossessed except in accordance with law.
We, therefore, dispose of this petition with a direction that the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the land in dispute except in accordance with law.
