The petitioner, by means of this petition, prays for that his Appeal pending before the Appellate Authority may be directed to be decided or at least the stay application may be decided within a fixed period. This request can be made by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority and we hope that if such a request if made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, this petition is finally disposed of.
