This application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer that the proceedings of complaint case no. 12097 of 2003 under section 82 Cr.P.C. pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad are being lingered by the accused persons, therefore, a suitable direction may be issued to the court below to expedite the proceedings of the aforementioned case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the aforementioned case shall be disposed of expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the side. If the accused persons are not appearing before the court, coercive steps shall be taken against them to procure their presence.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
