This writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to give effect to the resolution dated 28th November, 2006 passed by the Gaon Sabha for giving license of the fair price shop in favour of the petitioner. The matter has yet to be examined by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and it is only when the said authority does not accept the resolution that any cause of action would arise to the petitioner.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as being premature.
