Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
The applicant is an accused in case crime no. 27 of 2006 under sections 363,366 I.P.C. P.S.Muradnagar District Ghaziabad.
This application has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the courts below for disposal of the bail application of the applicant on the same day.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, if possible on the same day by the courts below and no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
