Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
The applicants are accused in case crime no. 8 of 2007 under sections 323,324,308 and 504 P.S. Niwadi district Ghaziabad.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants want to appear before the court concerned but they are having apprehension they their bail application shall not be considered and disposed of on the same day.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail their bail application shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day and no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants for a period of 30 days from today.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
