Case called out in the revised list. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioners is present. However, learned counsel for the respondents nos. 2 to 8, is not present.

Learned Standing Counsel states that copy of  counter affidavit on behalf of the aforesaid respondents has been served on the learned Standing Counsel on 12.1.2007. The said counter affidavit is not on record.

Office is directed to trace the same, and place it on record.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time for filing rejoinder affidavit in reply to the aforesaid counter affidavit.
