HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Anjani Kumar, J.

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 12th February, 2007 which has been passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate restoring the fair price shop license of private respondent no. 4.

The petitioner who claims himself to be the Ex-member of the Khhestra Panchayat submitted certain complaints on the basis of which the license of private respondent no. 4 had been cancelled.

We are of the opinion that the petitioner does not have any locus standi to challenge the impugned order as he was merely a complainant.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
