Heard Sri Satya Prakash Singh learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.

From the order dated 20.01.2007 passed by Sessions Judge Basti in Bail Application No. 54 of 2007,  it transpires that the applicant was on bail, but he became absent and hence warrants were issued against him. After remaining absconding for long period, the applicant surrendered in the court on 23.12.2006 and he is in jail since then. For the end of justice the applicant may be granted one more opportunity to remain bail.

Let the applicant Mangaroo S/o Surju involved in Crime No. 73 and 76 of 1985, (Criminal Case No. 1124 of 2006), under section 147, 148, 149, 307 IPC and Section 25/26 Arms Act, P.S. Kaptainganj, District Basti be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
