Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
The applicants are accused in case crime no. 192 of 2006 under sections 323,304 I.P.C. P.S. Khairagarh District Agra.
This application has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the courts below for disposal of the bail application of the applicants on the same day.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, on the same day by the courts below and no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
