Heard Sri C.P. Singh learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.
Bail is sought for the offence punishable under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been granted bail in all the cases mentioned in the gang chart and one case he has been acquitted and hence he should be granted bail in this case also.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merit, the applicant may be granted bail in the case.
Let the applicant Suresh S/o Shera involved in Case Crime No. 995 of 2005, under section 3 (1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities Act 1986, P.S. Dhanaura, District J.P. Nagar be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 20000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
