The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 7th November, 2006 by which the Fair Price Shop licence of the respondent no.4 has been restored after imposing certain penalty.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the petitioner who had been granted licence on account of the cancellation of the licence of private respondent no.4 cannot challenge the aforesaid order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
