HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Anjani Kumar, J.

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to grant licence of the fair price shop in favour of the petitioner. It has been stated in the petition that the Block Development Officer forwarded the resolution of the Gram Panchayat for allotment of the fair price shop but till date the Sub-Divisional Magistrate has not passed any order. In our opinion, the petitioner has unnecessarily approached this Court at this stage as sufficient time has not lapsed. It would not,  therefore, be proper at this stage to issue any direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

The writ petition is,  accordingly, dismissed.
