This is the writ petition against the order dated 23.12.2005 attaching the petitioner to the head office at Lucknow.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that through transfer orders the petitioner has been repeatedly transferred in the last two years.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents.
In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner may file a representation before respondent no. 2 within one month. In case the representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent no. 2 by a speaking order, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file a certified copy of this order; other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelop along with his representation. Respondent no. 2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner. Till the disposal of representation the order dated 23.12.2005 shall remain in abeyance.
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
