This petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Junior Division) West, Allahabad to decide the injunction application filed in Original Suit No. 51 of 2006.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1. In view of the order that we propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the remaining respondents.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the court below to decide the pending injunction application expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order provided there is no interim order of any Court staying the proceedings.
