Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. whereas three other co-accused persons are named in the F.I.R. The first informant disclosed the name of the applicant in his second statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C. The naming of the applicant is after thought.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

involved in case crime no. 48 of 2006 under Sections 147,148,149,307 and 203 I.P.C.,P.S. Colonelganj District Kanpur Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
