The proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act were initiated against the petitioner. It has been found that the petitioner has cut away some trees and damages have been imposed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate. The revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. The order is based on the report of the revenue inspector.

The proceedings are summary in nature. There is material to support the finding. No ground for interference in the impugned order is made out. Dismissed.
