This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to call a meeting of the general body of the State Lalit Kala Academy.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to satisfy us that a writ petition can be maintainable against the said State Lalit Kala Academy. In such situation, we dismiss the petition as not maintainable.
