This petition has been filed for a direction upon the 1st Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Room No.13, Allahabad to decide Original Suit No.674 of 2004 (Ajai Tewari Vs. Hridaya Ram Tewari & Ors.) filed by the respondent no.2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and having examined the records, we are not convinced that such a direction needs to be issued in this case.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
