Pursuant to the order dated 5.7.2007 passed by the Hon'ble S.U. Khan, J., the case is listed today.

Shri Anjani Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the  Official Liquidator and Shri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicants in Misc. Company Application No. 147814 of 2007, are present.

Shri Anjani Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the  Official Liquidator prays for and is granted two weeks' time for filing reply to the aforesaid Application as well as to the following two Applications:

1. Misc. Company Application No. 58927 of 2007, filed alongwith an affidavit, sworn on 1.3.2007.

2. Misc. Company Application No.....of 2007, filed alongwith Supplementary Affidavit, sworn on 27.3.2007.

Shri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel for the  applicants will have two weeks' time thereafter for filing rejoinder affidavit.

Shri Anjani Kumar Mishra has filed today a Report  on behalf of the Official Liquidator being Report No.184 of 2007.

Copy of the said Report has been supplied to Shri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicants today. Shri Agrawal may file reply to the said Report within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit on behalf of the Official Liquidator may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

Copy of the aforesaid Report will be supplied to Shri Nitin Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for Raj Kumar Agrawal (purchaser) within 24 hours.

Shri Nitin Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the said Raj Kumar Agrawal (purchaser) may file reply to the said Report within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit on behalf of the Official Liquidator may be filed within a further period of two weeks thereafter.

List this case on 14.8.2007.

The name of Shri Nitin Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the said Raj Kumar Agrawal (purchaser) will also be shown in the cause list when the case is listed next.
