This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 21.9.2006 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

The petitioner has not placed before the Court any agreement that may have been entered into between the petitioner and the  Sub-Divisional Magistrate pursuant to the order dated 21.9.2006. In such circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is, accordingly,  dismissed.
