Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no.1, 2 and 3.

Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh has filed a caveat on behalf of respondent no.9. Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh prays for and is granted a week's time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.

Issue notice to respondents no.4 to 8.

Till the next date of listing respondents are restrained from proceeding and executing the lease, if any, on the basis of the order dated 21st December 2006 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shamli District Muzaffarnagar.
