This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Jeev Dhan indicted in case crime No. 304 of 2006 under sections 306, 498-A I.P.C. and section 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act P.S. Hata District Kushi Nagar.
Heard Shri Dileep Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and have perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is father-in-law of the deceased. The learned counsel argued that the applicant's daughter-in-law committed suicide as she was suffering from mental ailment. The learned counsel urged that the complainant has married his younger daughter to applicant's son, husband of the victim.
I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.
The applicant being father-in-law of the deceased, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Jeev Dhan indicted in case crime No. 304 of 2006 under sections 306, 498-A I.P.C. and section 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act P.S. Hata District Kushi Nagar , be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
