Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel apparing for the respondents. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage without calling for a counter affidavit.
The petitioner is a Senior Marketing Inspector. On 22.9.2004 he was served with a charge-sheet. In response, he wrote a letter on 1.8.2006 to the Deputy Regional Marketing Officer, Ballia, Respondent no.4, for providing certain documents to enable him to furnish his reply. The contention is that the respondents have not furnished the documents despite the petiitoner having sent several reminders regarding the same..
In the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation/direction that in case if the documents required by the petiitoner have not yet been furnished, the same shall be furnished within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order before the Respondent no.4 or else the said Respondent no.4 shall pass reasoned order for not furnishing the documents.
With the aforesaid observation/direction this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost.
