HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Anjani Kumar, J.

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26th February, 2007 which has been issued by the licensing authority asking the petitioner to close down the business from the trolley which is being operated by the petitioner from within the Station premises.

The averments made in the writ petition indicate that the licence in favour of the petitioner has not yet been transferred after the death of her husband. In such a situation it is for the petitioner to approach the licensing authority for the redressal of the grievances and no relief can be granted at this stage.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
