This petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Senior Division) District and Sessions Court at Orai, Jalaun to decide Execution Case No. 7 of 2005 (Ravi Kumar Vs. Bharat Singh).

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1. In view of the order that we propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the remaining respondents.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the court below to decide  Execution Case No. 7 of 2005 (Ravi Kumar Vs. Bharat Singh) expeditiously provided there is no interim order of any Court staying the proceedings.
