Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel appearing for the Respondents. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage without calling for a counter affidavit.
The petitioner claims that he has been working as Range Clerk/Forester in the office of Respodnent no. 4 since July, 1989. He claims that in terms of U.P.Regularizationof Daily Wages Appointments on Group-C Posts Rules, 1998 he is entitled to be regularized in service on Group-C post but his case for such regularization has yet not been consdiered. With regard to such grievances the petiitoner claims that he has filed several representations before the respondent-authorities which have yet not been decided.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in case if, with regard to his grievances made in this writ petition, the petitioner files a fresh comprehensive representation before Conservator of Forest, Bundelkhand Circle, Jhansi, Respondent no.3, along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided by the said Respondent no.3, in accordance with law after taking into account all the relevant records relating to the case of the petiitoner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of filing of the same.
With the aforesaid observation/direction this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost.
