Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed against the impugned order dated 6.1.2007 passed by learned C.J.M., Bhadohi in case No. 3118 of 2006 by which the learned Magistrate has taken the cognizance and summoned the applicants to face the trial for the offence punishable under sections 498-A I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act. From the perusal of the record it appears that there is no illegality or irregularities in the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day by the courts below and for 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
