HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Ravindra Singh, J.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

This application has been filed against the order dated 1.3.2007 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge/ F.T.C. 4, Firozabad in ST. No. 144 of 2004 whereby the application under section 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant has been rejected. From the perusal of the application under section 319 Cr.P.C. and the impugned order, it appears that the grounds taken by the applicant for seeking cross-examination of the witnesses are not essentially required to just decision of the case. The impugned order is perfect order and it does not suffer from any illegality, therefore, prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.

Accordingly this application is dismissed.
