Heard Sri V.P. Srivastava, learned senior advocate assisted by Sri Lav Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellants-accused, Sri J.S. Sengar, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the objection and the impugned judgment.

The appeal is admitted.

Issue notice.

Summon the trial court's record within six weeks.

List on 24th May, 2007.

The prayer for bail of the appellants-accused shall be considered after the receipt of the trial court's record.
