The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 27th October, 2004 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissioner, U.P.

Sri M.S. Haq learned counsel appearing for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection that against the said order, an appeal lies to the National Consumer Forum under Section 19 of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

We find considerable force in the preliminary objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents and, accordingly, dismiss the petition on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.
