Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner, who is in service of the Zila Sahkari Bank, Jaunpur is claiming grant of annual increments w.e.f. 3.9.1975 and pay fixation accordingly. He has placed reliance upon the order dated 24th April 1992 passed by the District Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jaunpur in this regard. The respondent No.4 is the appropriate authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.4 by means of a comprehensive representation ventilating of his grievances. In the event such a representation is submitted by the petitioner before the respondent No.4 within fortnight from today, the respondent No.4 shall consider the same in accordance with law by a speaking order and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of the certificate of copy of this order and the representation.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
