Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed against the impugned order dated 20.2.2007 passed by learned C.J.M. Hathras in case No. 4946 of 2006 by which the learned Magistrate has taken the cognizance and summoned the applicants to face the trial for the offence punishable under sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 452, 427 I.P.C. From the perusal of the record it appears that there is no illegality or irregularities in the impugned order, therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations that there is cross case, from the side of applicants many persons have received injury, it is directed that in case the applicants No.1,3 and 6 appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day by the courts below and for 30 days from today no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants. So far as the applicants No. 2,4 and 7 are concerned, they are students, their personal attendance is dispensed with till framing of the charge, their presence shall be noted through their counsel but on the date of framing of charge or their presence is essential required by the law.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
