On an objection having been raised by Dr. A.K. Nigam, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, assisted by Sri Suresh Singh appearing on behalf of the respondents, that the impugned orders having been passed by an authority in the State of Jharkhand, this Court would not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner made a request that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition before the competent Court having such jurisdiction.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
