Learned A.G.A. submits that the objection  has already been filed in co-appellant's criminal appeal no.1672 of 2007.

Heard Sri Satish Trivedi, learned senior advocate assisted by Sri S.S. Pandey, learned counsel for the appellant-accused, Sri J.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned judgment.

The appeal is admitted.

Issue notice.

Office is directed to summon the trial court's record within six weeks.

List on 21st May, 2007.

The prayer for bail of the appellant-accused shall be considered after the receipt of the trial court's record.
