Mayunk Mani v. State Of U.P. And Another - WRIT - C No. 10938 of 2007 RD-AH 5717 (30 March 2007)
Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.
Feeling aggrieved by the marks awarded to the petitioner in Second paper of Mathematics and Third paper of Science in the High School Examination, this petition was filed on 28th February, 2007. This Court directed the learned Standing Counsel to produce the answer sheets relating to the aforesaid papers.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has produced the answer books which have also been examined by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. All the answers have been marked and, therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner that some answers have not been marked is not correct.
Learned Standing Counsel has, however, very fairly pointed out that in Hindi paper one, the marks of the petitioner have been increased from 12 to 14 in the scrutiny and the corrected mark-sheet shall be sent to the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
