This is the writ petition for a direction to respondents to permit the petitioner to appear in UPPCS Examination with subject Forestry and to amend Act/Rules Subordinate forest (Rangers, Deputy Rangers and Foresters) Services Rules 1951 and U.P. Forest Rules 1952.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner and Standing counsel and Sri M.A. Qadeer for the respondents.
Petitioner is permitted to correct description of respondent no. 1.
In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, may file representation before respondent no. 1 within one month. In case the representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent no. 1 by a speaking order, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file a certified copy of this order, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelops along with his representation. Respondent no. 1 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
