Hon'ble Krishna Murari,J.
We have heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the judgment of the Hon'ble Single Judge of this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 10061 of 1990.
It is admitted position that the appellant having only apprenticeship and as per the provisions, he is only entitled to get appointment provided everything is found equal. In the case in hand, it appears that the appellant never appeared in the selection process and, therefore, he has no right to the post.
The appeal, being without merit, is hereby dismissed.
