Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is alleged to have appeared in the Intermediate examination of 1988 as a private candidate on the strength of forged transfer certificate and other certificates. The petitioner claims that he has actually passed his High School examination in 1986. The marks sheet and the High School certificate are enclosed with this writ petition.
The enquiry on the basis of which the F.I.R., has been lodged was conducted behind the back of the petitioner.
In the circumstances, we direct that the petitioner will not be arrested in case crime No. 78 of 2006 under sections 420/467/468/471 I.P.C., P.S. Bichwa district Mainpuri, if the petitioner furnishes the original marks sheet and the certificate of High School examination of 1986 before the investigating officer, unless on verification, the investigating officer finds these documents to be not genuine.
The writ petition is disposed of above.
