Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage.
By the impugned order dated 9.3.2007 the case of the petitioner for being regularized as Collection Peon has not been considered on the ground that his date of birth had not been entered in the seniority list. The petitioner submitted that he has already provided his date of birth on 25.10.2006 to the Tahsildar.
In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the observation that in case if the petitioner provides the proof of his date of birth to the appointing authority, his case for regularization shall thereafter be considered, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost.
