Sri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Sameer Sharma, learned Counsel for the appellant, contended before this Court that paper book has been filed, however, the same is not available before the Court. The department is directed to trace out the same and if available, produce before the Court on the next date of hearing.  

The appeal as placed under Chapter  13 Rule 3 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 is directed to be placed for final order in the week commencing from 30th April, 2007.
