This writ petition has been filed against the order of cancellation of license of fair price shop. Against the said order, petitioner has preferred an appeal which is pending consideration before the Additional Commissioner, Azamgarh. It is submitted by Sri Jameel Ahmad Azmi, learned counsel for the petitioner that along with memo of appeal, petitioner filed an application for the interim relief , which has not been considered and the appeal filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of expeditiously. In case, it is not possible to decide the appeal, application for interim relief shall be considered and dispose of most expeditiously.
In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the learned Appellate Authority to decide the appeal expeditiously. If in case, it is not possible to do so, the application for interim relief may be taken up within a period of two weeks in accordance with law.
