This writ petition has been filed with the grievance that in spite of the fact that there are judicial order in favour of the petitioner and the mutation  proceedings are not being carried out in favour of the petitioner.

Dr. Ashok Nigam, learned A.S.G.I. Assisted by Sri A.N. Shukla has assured that the mutation of the property shall be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed.

After hearing Dr. Ashok Nigam, learned A.S.G.I., we dispose of the writ petition requesting the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the application of the petitioner to carry out the mutation proceedings in accordance with law  and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
